Your in the wrong forum! You should have searched the threads first! This has been covered a million times! But seeing how i'm already typing... Download Eeprom tools, connect the phone to the Mbus Cable, read it and then click test! That will tell you the reason for contact Service! Probably just a corrupt flash!
