3330 problem with a 3315 fls file

I want to upgrade my 3330 flash file, I downloaded a fls file from a homepage. And later I flash the file to my phone, later I found out that the file was a 3315.fls file and not a 3330.fls file. So now I cant turn my phone more.
What can I do? so I can turn the power on the phone.. Please..

if you do not do backup, flash it with 3315 twice 20000-40000,40000-60000
Or find a 3300 flash file
