Phone Limited Message

I use my phone for 4 months without problem.
Some day it stops ringing and when i switch it off then
the phone could not start. After 3 hours i try to switch it
on and then i read a message that the "phone is limited"
"please insert the limited code". Does anyone know what
message is this???

What type of phone is it? What network are you on? We need more info in order to help!!!

did it write exactly "Please insert the limited code?" or you translated it from other language? if so it might be "Enter restriction code" - that means that the phone is locked.

it is really strange that the phone suddenly locks itself to another network but you can try unlocking it..

p.s.
i assume that it is dct4 if it asks for restriction code, so it is a 3510/3510i/3530...am i right?
