    yes

there are two ways to check these games on pc...if its a jar file then simply use a bit of creative web coding about two lines of it...
then insert it and it will run.....

or ....im looking for an emulator program eg a nokia operating system that can install as a running program within windows....

i have put a posting out for a name....

i have a nokia symbian 60 sdk emulator...but it must be wrong as iti s 330 mb

anyway best option is to load it into a html file an run it...

oh and don't unpack it just run as .jar file

load the html page up and it runs....

Actually, I doubt you'd be able to check a jar file in a web browser as jackflash suggested. You can only embed normal Java applet objects in a webpage - the java used in phones is J2ME - the version designed for mobile devices. Since this isn't installed as default on any web browser I know of, a jar file wouldn't work.
Perhaps there is a plugin available somewhere with a J2ME VM included, but I know of no such program.
