emailing a ringtone to a phone

I've been told that it is possible to email a ringtone (and graphic) to a nokia phone, so I've made it my mission to figure out how! I know that the ringtone has to be converted to hex first, but I don't know how to formulate the email so the phone recognizes it as a ringtone and not a regular textmail.

    Any suggestions?

Also, does anyone have recommendation for a good RTTTL to hex converter?

OK, so here's what I have so far. I can send an RTTTL converted to a nokia binary to a phone precursored with //SCKL1581 and the phone will receive a ringtone. However this only works with TDMA phones, not GSM. Any thoughts?

You can do that using NBS-Narrow Band Sockets converting an RTTTL to nokia binary format, yes, this works on gsm, but only on new versions, on old versions, you will need that the e-mail to SMS gateway that you use send a special binary-mode header.
