Help! Trying to flash a 6150...

I have a 6150 wich was hacked by a friend, with bad results. Now it has v5.23 and doesn't connect to the network and restarts every 20 seconds or so.

I'm trying to flash a backup I made from another fully functional 6150, but I still have the same problem. No network and restart by itself.

Can anybody help me?
