3310 no network after unlock!

hello people i just got two phones (nokia 3310) to unlock and i used Knok to unlock them and now one of them comes on accepting the new sim card but no network .
The other comes up and hangs for a few seconds then reboots, stays like that for a few seconds again then reboots again displaying 'simcard unaccepted' or unregistered not too sure now but i believe i've done something really wrong here is there a way out? please help guys.

did you update faid after unlocking?

if not open knok again, go to Phone Settings > Quick set faid.
