can't backup phone memoy using pc suite. HELP!

i' trying to back up my 3650 phone memory but if the backup process starts it shows an error message "An unexpected error occurs".

Pls help!

I get the same message, It starts then stops and give the same error message..

Hopefully a the new Version of Pc Suite for 3650 is a little better..

Other than that problem, Pc suite is a cool program, for transfering, Mp3/Images....................etc
