Transfer Users Settings

As far i know WinTesla is the only program that transfers users settings to a file, so when i rest phone, the only thing i have to do is upload the users settings file again, however i don`t have NHM-5 DLL to use it.
When my frients asks me to upgrade phone i have to reset phone, (or write another eeprom if i want to upgrade to 3315), so i will loose my call counters, ringingtones, pictures messages, etc.
I there any program that can do that? Is this made via mbus, right?

All user setting s are stored into EErpom ans espexially into PMM
so the only thing u have to do is to read eeprom part with flasher (for flash emulated eeproms) and open the eeprom with Hex editor(hex workshop) and cut only the area after PPM.Area after PPM starts with word "EEPROM".
If u want to use a virging eeprom,hex it with hex editor and cut now PMM area and paste the old one.Now u will have a phone with the desired IMEI and your old settings

I know that, but on WinTesla it´s mutch more simple to use, so it would be cool to have a program that do that automaticaly.
