    can you modify 6510 and 8310 flash files?

    i might be getting an 6510, i have done some searching but did not find the answer
    i would like ot know if you can modify 6510's eg signal bars and bitmaps

    is this possible??

    No as nobody has managed to decrypt the DCT-4 algo enough to allow flash mods. We can't even read flashes off phones.
