upgrade the soft version in nokia tdma?

Phones with 1.xx software cannot be upgraded to ver 3.xx software.

As well as ver 3.xx software cannot be upgraded to ver 4.xx software.

There were hardware changes done.

The newest flash for the 6120 was 1.20 (in the 1.xx series)
