    Line 2--> gone!

    when i enter profiles, there is only 1 option left to choose the ringing tone. Before, i had ringing tone for line 1 & ringing tone for line 2 to choose from. How can i reactivate it?

    It's gone because you did hard reset. The only way to get it back is reflash the eprom from NSC.
