! question. Need Answer ASAP

I've Just upgraded one 7650 to latest version (it was 3.15 if i remeber well and came with some software bugs).

On software part all is ok now.

But now the user told me that when tring to call he heards a hrash noice in his headset before phones is able to call.

I do not have the time to look into user manual for 7650.
Is there a way to callibrate this from menu?!

no, all u can try is restore factory setting, or reflash the s/w again

No it sounds like a technical problem si doubt there is a menu option for "Turning harsh sound off"..lol. Back up yor phone and try a reformat... If that doesn't work then i thing you might be having a hardware problem.. Take it to your nearest NSC n they should be able to fix it for ya...
