connecting p800 to pc

hi guys..

i have installed my pc suite p800 program and it is successful,but unfortunately when i connect the usb cable it still says:define your phone and it's unable to connect,bear in mind,i did my settings in p800 handset in cable section connecting to modem...what is the problem?could anyone help please..

the problem I had also buy you best an bluetooth adapter thereby would have it a little luck to also go
