Sending Java Games/Applications to other phones

Hi,
Would anyone know of any software that would allow me to send applications, games, pictures, ringtones, etc from my computer via an infra red connection to my phone.
I know logomanager did a similar thing with operator and group logos back in the day with a data cable.
Anyone have any ideas?

You can still get a data cable!! use an I.r one for best. Use it with your phone and a program called mobi mb!

sorry, i didn't make myself clear enuff.. that's not what i'm getting at.. i meant to ask if anyone knew of any software that would allow me to send from my pc, via an irda and my phone, to someone else's phone.
