Poly's can't be sent by SMS, no way.... SMS is always "text", also the ringtones are "coded" as text messages. That's why sending a ringtone cost more than a SMS... they're longer, one tone is up to three separate text messages. Poly's can't be "coded" that way as they are MUCH bigger.
Example: A VERY short (4 seconds) polytone has a size of 1.2 kilobytes but a even long (19 seconds!) "normal" tone is 0.3 kilobytes..... and needs full three SMS to be sent. Imagine the poly.... that would be 12 SMS! And more than three can't be sent as "one pack".
