    how to reset my 3650?

    i try to reset the original setting but the pervious app i install is still there and alot of error been popping up.so i like to ask is there anyway to reset all the setting?

    HARD RESET (format)

    *#7370# will FORMAT YOUR PHONE....
    Remember to backup what ever you want to backup before you do so. I would backup my contacts first thing...
