gx10 not turning on

i have a gx10 that when i turn it on a clear white screen comes up the 10 seconds later it turns off by itself can anybody give me any advice how to fix this problem thank you

heres ur solution open the back take off battery then take the screws off two at the bottom two at the top inside you will see a small back up battery take it out and leave for 30 seconds the put it back in again and assemble the phone together now ur phone should work
