8210 help

i was told to post my problem in here.

I have an 8210, the problem with it is that with a fully charged battery it only lasts about 2 hours. It is not the battery because i have tested it with other batterys and still the same result?
Somebody mentioned something about a power amp?
Please help!

where can i buy a new power amplifier? what is the power amplifier? i live in the UK.
