8210 Answer Button Not Working

I have an 8210 it works but the problem is the answer button is not working what do I do, 'cos I'm tired of using anykey to answer and not be able to make a call.

This is due to water damage if I'm not wrong. Only water damage will cause such fault on a PCB. You got to find where is the broken trace from and try to redo it.

But, check your keypad contact and film too, may be some stupid dirt stuck there.

How do you rework BGAs 'cos have got Hot -Air station and flux but doing know how to do it, please can you do it
