Question Can I make my default folder for pics/vids/etc. in the E: drive?

I hate having to move my pics to my MMC everytime I take a pic to clear up memory. Can I just download something or change a setting that makes hte E: drive, or a folder of my own choosing, the default folder for videos and pics? I am planning on getting a 256MB MMC, and I want to record long vids to this MMC, but so far, it is storing them all in the C: drive. Any help is appreciated. Thank You.

Also, how do I force it to install programs on the MMC instead of the phone memory? I'm having a hard time finding that option too. Thank You!
