Angry *.sis *.jar unknown file format ???

I think ive killed my phone, I managed to install Fexplorer latest version on my brand new phone. Since then I get unknown file format when downloading a .sis file, or file is corrupt when getting a *.jad or *.jar file from the internet, ive tried a few different apps/games and all are the same.

So far im having to download from the internet untill I can afford a blue tooth adaptor, so as u can imagine its costing me quite a bit to keep testing different apps, I was looking on this forum, and ive seen a few posts about formating the phone, is this necessary to restore the factory defaults ? Ive nothing to loose on the phone cause ive nothing installed ... whats the best option for me ?

    Thanks
