SOME UNLOCK PROGRAMS DON`T WORK

Hi ppl.
Yesterday i formatted my computer(and everything was working fine), and today when i installed the win98 for the unlocks programs, and then the windows xp.
My problem is, now when i try to run the b-phreaks tool , it doesn´t work, it gives me the error, file missing "MSVBM60.DLL", so i copyed the file dbox into the system folder, but continues giving this error.
Do you now what´s happening????????

Erm, MSVBM60.DLL file is missing.. Try using a search engine like google.com to search for the file, or in this case the "VB 6 Runtimes"...

Its work fine for me and i have me millenium and all programs works ok,maybe the dll is not ok.
Try with this and start with windows 98
