Withold phone number on text message?

Hiya,

There is an option to withold your number on a phone call, (shows up as Private number or such), but is it possible to withold phone number on text (SMS)?

I haven't seen any option to do so, but maybe I've missed something.

(I am using a 3410 on T-Mobile)

No! I think the reason for that is to stop stalkers and the like harassing people! There's quite a few out there!!! Anyway, there was a few websites which allowed you to do this for a while, but I haven't seen one in about 6 months!
