Upgrade 8210 firmware

I'm trying to upgrade my 8210 v5.21 to v5.31. I've backed up the existing flash with Rolis Flasher 477 without any problems. I'm trying to load in the v5.31 mcu and it tells me it's the wrong size - needs to be n*64kb. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or where I can get valid mcu/ppm files?

Some times the ppm and mu files aren't the correct size, but work! so you will have to upload them manually, use the red button and then enter the start address of the file respectively, one by one. it should work unless the files are in wintesla u will need to convert them to dejan.

Is it normal to get Contact Service after we flash mcu,ppm and virgin eeproms ?
