how to use DCT-4 unlocker???

I've already downloaded the DCT-4 unlocker from this site.
Can you guys please teach me how to use it?

I'd like to unlock my 3650.

I do have IR... so after I connect it, all I have to do is press the unlock?

then my fone will be unlocked?

tell us your IMEI and Network code and well give u a code to unlock your phone

but how will i know what's the network code?
it's for my friend... we're here in the phils but
his 3650 came from the states.

there's another one...
anybody here knows the network code of
sun cellular here in the phils?
