Read an article last week about a company in England doing phone tracking by bouncing the signal off the masts and being able to pin point location of phone. I have misplaced the article, does anyone have a link or info about it?

its from the carphone warehouse and is being marketed as a safety measure for pinpointing children via their mobile phone.
