Could anybody tell me the best way to replace the uem ic without disturbing those tiny smd components at either side,also do u have to apply any pressure when replacing the uem,if so what would be best to use thanx in advance babs.

u need BGA soldering machine first ...

and then some skills .....


and also there is no need to apply pressure on and BGA ic ...
