apps on mmc resides in phone

a quick question.. i remember that when u install an app to the mmc, but it will leave some files in the phone memory correcT?
i have plenty of apps in my mmc which makes my phone memory low..any way or folder that i can delete in the phone memory side?? sorry that i have to ask again ..cos im sure it has been discussed b4 but i cant find it..please help..thanx alot ppl!

because i actually have nothing expect for contact list in my phone memory but it has only less than 1 mb left..i hope i can do sumthing about it..pls help pls....
