c45 updatate to v38

I have problems when updating my C45 to version 38.I got v50 but when I tried to update the following error appeared - No Bootcore.
Then i downgraded to v31 and then upgraded to v36 but the result is the same.Anyone can help?

did you try to update with precheck ot without...

1. try to update with precheck... (winswop I mean) BUT leave the phone ON it will turn off automaticly...

2. Without precheck and then the Phone must be OFF and just press ON button for short when it wants you to.
