Flashing T68i with new R8A015 firmware

Hey there.

I have a T68i unlocked and would like to flash it with the newer firmware R8A015, so far so good.

First of all, where can I find this firmware for download (free)?
Secondly, I have a T28 cable and would like to flash the phone with the Ericsson Logger 6.52, which doesn't require a dongle, right? Where can I find this software cracked, so that I don't need to pay for a login/password to log on someone's server? Isn't there a way I can update my firmware without having to pay anymore like it is possible with other phones?

Is there maybe any other software around that is capable of upgrading the phone using a T28 cable?
