beeps and stuff through speaker

Just flashed my 8210 with MCU, PPM and virgin EEPROM and I get two problems. Either it works fine but always asks for the security code when switched on or if I do a FULL FACTORY RESET that poblem dissappears and it sounds the beeps and things through the earpiece speaker not the proper beep speaker. I,ve done the resets at different times and tried different EEPROMS but not solved it. Any ideas??

If it asks for security code, us Nokia Profile 1.1.7 to reset to defaults, this is remove the security code request and set it back to 12345

If yo ustill get the wierd beep sound through the ear piece, then post back here.
