Please help me to unlock my Nokia 3650

I am using Nokia 3650 with Tmobile Service
I called Tmobile and they don't allow me to unlock the phone.

Please help me out to unlock my phone.

My IMEI is 351102502422826
Country: USA
State : Wisconsin
City : Madison

ok now u need to get a cable and software called bwinlock
the network code for usa t mobile may have changed so we need to get the new code with this software

I don't know what that cable is ... and I don't want to spend money on the software and cable to unlock it...

do you have any other method to get the network code ?

as there was a successful unlock attempt with a 3650 from t-mobile with a higher IMEI

please check your IMEI again by typing *#06# in your phone.

did you buy the phone from t-mobile usa directly or could it be, that it is from another operator originally

could you make calls with this 3650 and your t-mobile usa simcard at the moment?

did you try to insert a simcard from another operator e.g. cingular, att ...? what phone displays after entering pincode?

and I checked the IMEI code, it is just the same as i typed
351102502422826
and I am using the Tmobile service right now already. I can make phone calls by that. However, when I plug another Sim Card( which is by Einstein PCs) it doesn't work. It is still locked i think.
I am sure the phone is from Tmobile since it has the logo Tmobile on the back of my phone.

first: DON'T try another code until clarification as you only have five tries at all

second: why t-mobile won't give you the code?

did you email [email][email protected][/email]?

if not, tell them, that you want to go overseas and use there a local prepaid service, say t-mobile germany

is the right code for t-mobile us calculated with config key 31020

are you sure that you not mistyped it?

did you remove sim card before entering code?

Dear sir ,

they don't allow me to get the code , because my account is smart access account , they need me to wait 1 year to ensure my credit. However, I need to go back to my home country sometimes, so I need to unlock it .
I didn't try that email but I just sent an email . I hope they would help me.

I removed the sim card when I type the code and I think i didn't type wrong. Or , I can try 1 more time, I only tried 2 times, I still have 3 more chances.

If you want me to do so , I can retype it again and try one more time.

you do this on your own risk.

if you had to wait for 1 year, I would advice you to spend the money for a datacable and to read out the configuration key with bwinlock

if they don't give me the code then I would try one more time that you told me .
if it still doesn't work , then I would consider the cabe.

you could try to reset phone (erase all data / format) with *#7370# before entering any code again.

please ask mrwolfman in the case you want to try format as I have no 3650 here

i have read all the threads here and i heard the unlocker poster suggest that Tmobile might have changed network ID so am trying to supply info i have from my phone maybe that could help cos i also got some unlocking codes from uniquephones.com forum which i tried and it gave same error as the starter of this thread. anyway here are my info :

Just had my T-mobile 3650 unlocked by emailing T-mobile. The code I got from T-mobile worked at the first try (duh!). I then used the command line DCT4 calculator to duplicate the result. It seems that I need to add an extra box code to get the same result:

dct4calc 5 IMEI_Number 31020 32824

Using the same network code and box code, I successfully unlocked my other phone, a T-mobile 6610 (type 2 instead of 5).

Actually , my phone is bland new, and I just got it today, so it should be ok i think. I don't know why it didn't work. I am still waiting for Tmobile ([email protected]) reply.
I hope you guys can figure out what code it is ... because I am not good at this stuff....

your phone must be blocked/barred

reported lost or stolen there is no other answer for you with this one
sorry but the people who post codes here know what the responses must be on what network
your code should and do work unless 5 codes have already been entered in which case its a cable unlock
or the phone is barred/blocked
there is no other answer
please provide gsm with the info he requested that will show us what your problem is

the phone IS NOT BARRED or BLOCKED

thats a feature usually used only by uk operators

and will not allowed you calls or displays "sim card not registrated"

please buy datacable and read out config key, it does not matter if network code in your area is e.g. 31024

network code an dconfig key could be the same, but not always.

if you buy datacable and have not wasted all 5 tries, there is a 99,99% chance to unlock it by entering code

DON'T try another code until you bought the cable!!!!!
