I bought griffin box from a reseller in another country and I discovered that it's not active . I produced the activation request areq.bin , I need the activation file . could any one help me please

Place of purchase :- UAE - Dubai
Date of purchase :- July - 2003
Type of box :- Griffin gold
Price paid :- 350$(incl.DHL)
v2.39 boxid:- EFBA
I will attach the areq.bin produced by griffin v1.985 , v1.984 , v1.988
