"contact Service"??????????

I have 2 3310 with "CONTACT SERVICE" I have tested them with EEPROM TOOLS 3.1 and I got these masseges:

1- Reason for contact service:
- MCU Download DSP Test Failed!
- DSP Alive Test Failed!

2- Reason for contact service:
- Cobba Parallel Test Failed


Have I any chance to repair them?

Try flashing with a flash file, and sees what happens.

you mentioned you have 2 cellphones, in your:
first cellphone try reflashing the full flash (MCU+PPM+EEPROM). Second cellphone try reflow the cobba or change the cobba for sure. hope it works...
