Virgin 3510i Unlock problem

Can anyone help. I am trying to unlock my Virgin 3510i.
(351354/80/567403/9 Code 0510382)

DCT4 Calculated the following :-
IMEI is '351354805674039'
ASIC Type is 2
Provider is '23400'
Box serial is '32820'

When I tried #pw+083513606147215+7# I got a code error.

use provider code 23400001 (i know it is 8 digits but the dos calculator will accept it)..

also add 33820 after the line (as boxserial=33280 instead of 32820), or decrease the second digit of the codes by 1 (to make the codes be v2 codes).
