Help me flash/unlock my 3390 (T-Mobile to use on At&t)

I don't know what i am doing wrong I downloaded about 7 difffernt programs to unlock this phone but none of them do anything. When I try to SFD it and write i get some memory error, or something what program should I use to do this? I tried using Nokia Tool 1.9 by rollis and then I tried flashing it with Flasher 478 b6 by rollis nether of these progs worked to blow out the locks. Can someone give me a little help maybe i am doing something wrong? or is it imposable to get a 3390 onto the att network?

well somehow i got it to work and man this 3390 has way, way better service than my t68i ever had, those sony phones are junk
