Hi,

I have the 3650 which I had purchased when I was working in singapore. I am currently in new delhi india and my phone exhibits the well known behaviour of cycling power.

when i start it, nokia logo comes up, flashes 4 times, and then shuts off. it first happened just when i took the phone out of my pocket to answer a call.

i took it to the local support center, and on day 1 they agreed with me that the firmware needs to be upgraded (they have 3.16 here) and i was told to pick up the phone in 3 days. when i went to pick up the phone, the new technician there said 'these new phones cannot be repaired at all' and wouldnt even agree to flash the phone. he admitted he had not done any diagnostics on it - just that these new phones could not be repaired.

since the phone has a singapore only warranty, i can either wait for a few months until i go back there, or try and find someplace else in india that can do it.

if you know of someplace in new delhi or bangalore, please let me know.

PLEASE HELP...............

I need some software to unlock my A800. When i change the simcard the on-screen message says;- "NETWORK LOCK" enter "PASSWORD"

As anyone got some free software to help me unlock my phone....
