Need Security Code for Nokia 6340i to Reset Factory Settings

Hello I have a Nokia 6340i from Cingular I already unlocked it so that I can use the phone on a different network. But I cannot change a lot of the settings and to rest the factory settings is says I need the Security code.. Can anyone tell me how I can do this on a
Cingular Nokia 6340i ?? Need to Rest Factory setting not unlock.

if none of them work
you must use softwear and cable to reset the fone!!
