cheers however phone comes up with phone not restricted

but when i put my working o2 sim in it still comes uo sim card registration failed

any ideas please cheers

The Sim card you put in is it a working sim card
is it not Regested yet
Try a woring sim card of a other working
Phone

cheers the story is :-

had two phones on orange finished contract ang got 2 new sims from o2

had both phones unlocked a 5210 and 8310 the 5210 no probs with the 8310 is being a liyytle devil

both new sim cards work on the 5210 and both fail on the 8310, however they work if i try a vodaphone sim first then stick my o2 one in straight after but only work for a few minutes .


now is that a puzzle or not?
