special " ringtone "

Hi mates,
I've read about a "ringtone" that is now available in Japan or Korea, I'm not sure, that after installing it can kill insects - mosquitos, flys and etc. However, only certain mobile operators can install such app on your phone and as far as I can remember it's not available in Europe, yet. do you know something about that and if yes, how can I get it ?!?
