unlocking 2110...

Please could sum1 give me a detailed description of unlocking a 2110 - i have the master code generator

what do i type in to the fone???

dont you have to enter the imei of the phone in to that program and it is calculated from that?

Yeah pretty much and it gives ya the mastercode

just was wondering whether you simply typed...

#pw+mastercode+1#

and it unlocked it as simple as that or not...?

Doesnt matter though - realised 2110 single band and dont need to unlock it

Btw - even tho its single band you still need to unlock it before you can use it on the other network which shares the band..

In the UK there's 4 network - 2 on 900 and 2 on 1800...
