Need help unlocking 6610, after 5 bad entrys

I have a nokia 6610 locked with T-mobile USA.

I download a software called DCT4 and try unlock it myself. but they use 31026 as the provider code. I tried all 7 codes none worked, now i hear I only can do it 5 times. first few entry it say "code error", but now it say "cannot undo restriction"

am i out of luck? any way to reset my phone so i can try again?

The only way now is to unlock with cable and software.

it needs a direct cable unlock now

you need a cable unlock solution like Griffin or Neelix.or find a local shop that has them
