The code is valid, are you sure the phone is currently locked to AT&T USA?

The code is correct i just verified it must be wrong provider

I tried it again and the phone says Unable to change restriction. Why would that be ? Any ideas? Looks like the code is correct but its not accepting it...

you must have used up your 5 tries are you sure its locked to AT&T USA?

well if anything you have to use cable and software cuz its been hard locked
