Need Unlock Code for Nokia 3650 AT&T

Ok, after my first Nokia 3650 took a trip at the mall one day, I have finally gotten my replacement 3650. Here is the pertinent information

IMEI:351102503373531 repeat:351102503373531
USA AT&T wireless.

I know last time I could unlock my unit, and I dont rightfully know why, but I am hoping all that has been remedied by now. Last time i tried this with my old phone(RIP), you only had one try. Is that still the case?

This phone is brand new, and a sim has NEVER been put it in. I havent even charged the battery yet, just broke the plastic off of it, to enter the above code. Any other ideas? How many times do I have to enter a code?

Dont enter this code until you have registered the phone with the network provider and it is working......
Then enter this code.......
You only need to enter it once and if that doesnt work then get back to me...........
Remember you only get 5 tries at putting codes in the it wont work with any more codes........

So you say I have to put my sim card in, let it get the network, then shut down and take it out, and try again. the same code?

I did the following:

I put the sim card in (1st time ever)
powered phone on, and got AT&T
Powered phone off
took sim card out
put battery back in
put in your code above, and triple checked it
hit # and got CODE ERROR.

Any ideas? I guess there are 3 tries left.

Sorry about the first code mate.... its very late here in the uk and past my bedtime....lol... my codes are 100% normally...
