    3330 no signal after 10 seconds ??

    Hi,
My 3330 loses it's signal after about 10 seconds and won't pick it up again. If you try to make calls it says no network coverage. If you select manual network selection it picks up all the networks but will not connect to any of them, not even the correct one.
The phone is currently on firmware version 3.05.
    Anyone got any ideas
    Thanks in Advance

    try updating the faid.

open knok95. go to "Phone Settings" menu, and choose "Quick set Faid".
    or
open Rolis Nokia Tool and click the "FAID" button in the upper part of the program..

    !

    yup!

try updating faid with f/mbus cable after flashing. i use noktool. it works great! try checking the IMEI number too. if it says 0000000000, try to change it to its original value. usually its in the back of your phone. just remove the battery and youll see it.

    Unhappy still need help!!!

I've tried both knok and rolis to update the faid. They both seem to work and say it was successful. I turned the phone back on with the sim in and I get the same as before.
When i try to do anything other than read the phone info or update the faid both knok and rolis hang!! I've tried three different OS's and still no joy.
    Any further ideas
    Cheers

Unfortunatly thats one of the main problems, I've no idea how it happened. It belonged to a pal he upgraded and it's been sat in a draw for god knows how long.

    !

try to re flash it with virgin flash files. you can download it in the sections area or try google!

if it doesnt work then your phone must have a hardware problem.
