Nokia 3650 Weak Incoming Audio (Outgoing/Incoming Voice Calls)

Hi guys, my 3650 suddenly experienced a barely audible or weak incoming/outgoing audio (voice calls). There is no problem when i use the loudspeaker in answering calls, playing ringtones as well as the headset. I removed all the apps & games as well as formatted the phone twice to no avail...still weak incoming audio. Since it was 2 months old...i brought it to the Nokia Care Centre..after a week...they replaced several ICs and the earpiece (as they claim)..They said they will only replace the unit if it cant be repaired anymore...geez..even that they claimed they repaired my unit...the audio is still weak despite some improvement (a decibel or so...my old 3310 is much more louder when i dial a number) and they cranked up the charging unit (not charging)..i plan 2 go back to em...Can i compel them to replace my phone??? since they have not yet fully repaired my phone or restored it to normal or acceptable incoming audio levels (for voice calls)...i am dissatisfied that Nokia will not act upon the faulty incoming audio volume/level... geez....

if you're not using the original 3650 casing, the earpiece it not really audible.... but if you're still using the original casing, check if the rubber in the earpiece area is still intact.

the guys from Nokia Care even removed the rubber thingie in the earpiece part of the original casing...here's whats disappointing..even if you remove the damn casing....when you make a phone call...its still barely audible..unless you force the damn earpiece near your face....this , this alone will make me consider looking to other brands like Sony Ericsson (that is if they dont r3place the unit or restore it to normal)

same prob here.. the non original cases donte have that little rubber that the original have.. so WHEN BUY A NON ORIGINAL CASE CHECK FOR THAT little piece
