Nokia 3650 AT&T Unlock Code Plase

Hi, I am currently using AT&T 3650 here in California, USA.
I would like to have my cell phone unlocked.
my IMEI is 351102502217473
According to the forums' "must read thread", my network code (AT&T) is 31038 (since this is a later version of the 3650).


I greately appreicate that if anyone can help me unlock this code cause I am having an overseas trip and don't want to pay 3 USD a minute for roaming.

thank you very much. I have just tried this code and it gave me a message saying "phone restriction off". I will try to get a SIM card from another carrier to check to see if it works and report back here.
