Measuring the noise

I was wondering about......if there is such app that can measure the noise around us trough the phone. I saw such program for Nokia 6310i and it really measures the noise - when you're on the street, at the stadium, at home, etc. However, if there is no such app for 3650/7650 I think will be very interesting to have one on my phone.
