System tool can't do nothing

Hi guyz.. i installed a couple of weeks a go system tools and activated the the phone secure..


well today i put in a other sim card... but i cant access my menu nothing i even cant put in number.. i tried to put in my other sim and know the same problem cant do anything hell of a noise of a sirene..

and when i turned of my phone and put out the sim cards... i can access the numbers i tried to do *#7370# +#7370# and nothing worked.

is there a reset button on the phone?

if i'm not wrong,leaving the phone powrless for some time will reset all it's data.i mean leaving it without the battery for some day...but i'm not sure.
